- Design speeds based on your crowd:
- Classic designs: 2–4 minutes each
- Detailed creations: 3–6 minutes each
- Set-up and teardown included
- 2-hour minimum per artist
- Custom characters, colors, and specialty shapes available upon request
- Perfect for matching themes, logos, or event branding
- Minimum two weeks’ notice required for custom balloon designs
- Indoor or fully sheltered outdoor space, away from direct sun, rain, or wind
- Minimum space: 6 ft x 6 ft
- One 6’ table (client-provided or request that we bring one)
- Adequate lighting (we can provide lighting if needed)
- Artists will arrive 15 minutes prior to start time for setup
- Balloons can be a choking hazard for children under 3—please supervise little ones at all times
- If a balloon pops, discard all pieces immediately
- Our balloons are made from natural latex rubber, which may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals
- Artists follow clean, safe twisting practices and keep the area tidy to avoid balloon litter
- Keep balloons away from pets and children under 3
- Balloons last longest indoors and out of heat or direct sunlight
- Avoid sharp objects or rough surfaces
Disposal: When it’s time to say goodbye, pop and toss in the trash—please don’t release balloons outdoors.Latex balloons are 100% biodegradable and photodegradable. If you compost, great—if not, trash is best.
