- All-natural wax, wicks, fragrance oils, and packaging supplies
- A variety of containers, including branded jars, wine glasses, or themed vessels
- Assembly-line format ensures a smooth experience from start to finish
- Guests choose from hundreds of fragrance combinations—scents can be curated to match your event theme or season
- Container options can be customized with logos, event branding, or color schemes
- Decorative elements (like tags or ribbons) are available for packaging—nothing added inside the candle itself
- Indoor or fully sheltered outdoor space
- Minimum space: 6 ft x 10 ft
- One 8’ table (client-provided or request that we bring one)
- Adequate lighting (we can provide if electricity is available)
- Recommended for ages 10+
- Not for consumption—do not ingest candle ingredients
- Ingredient lists will be provided for all pre-mixed materials
- Guests with fragrance sensitivities or allergies should notify us in advance—we’re happy to offer workarounds
- Candles require 30–60 minutes to fully set, so we recommend scheduling this station near the start of your event
